Maria Chiara Pettenati is Senior Researcher at the Telematics Laboratory of the Electronics and Telecommunications Department of the University of Florence since late 2004. In 2000 she received her PhD degree in Telematics and Information Society from the University of Florence. Until 2004 she held a post-doctoral research position in the same laboratory. Her main research interests include collaborative working and learning environments, knowledge bases, e-knowledge and network mediated knowledge, trust intermediation architectures, and information interoperability architecture.
